Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PhotoVisaOnline, LLC (“we”) collects through realestatedrill.com and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.

The free test

The free 50-question test needs no account. Your answers are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue where you left off. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

When you buy

To give you access we collect your email address and, through our payment processor Stripe, your name, billing country and ZIP code. Stripe handles your card details; we never receive your full card number. We keep a record of your purchase and your progress in the paid question bank (questions answered, practice exams started) to run the Service and to apply our Refund Policy.

Technical data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us page-view counts without cookies. We also count anonymous steps such as “started the free test” without identifying you.

Advertising cookies

We advertise on Google. Our pages load the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies so Google can tell us whether someone who clicked an ad later finished the free test or made a purchase. Google receives the page address, the ad click identifier and, for purchases, the order amount — not your name, email or card details. You can limit this in your browser or at adssettings.google.com. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Cloudflare — to host and secure the site.
• Google — to measure our ads (see above).
• Our email provider — to send your sign-in link and receipts.

We share data with others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and your study progress until 12 months after your access ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@realestatedrill.com. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights too, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

The Service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
