Terms of Service

These terms apply to realestatedrill.com and everything on it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by PhotoVisaOnline, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Real Estate Drill provides practice questions, explanations and practice exams to help people prepare for real estate license exams. It is a study aid only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Florida Real Estate Commission, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Pearson VUE or any other licensing or testing body.

2. No guarantee of results; not legal advice

We work hard to keep questions accurate and tied to current law, but laws, rules and exam content change, and we can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax or financial advice. If you find an error, please tell us at support@realestatedrill.com.

3. Purchases and access

Paid plans are one-time payments that give you access for the period shown at checkout (for example, 60 or 90 days from purchase). Plans do not renew and you are not charged again. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future purchases, not for ones already made.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your use of the Service

Your access is personal. You may not share your login, resell or redistribute our questions or explanations, copy the question bank by automated means, or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend access that breaks these rules; if we do, we will tell you why.

6. Our content

The questions, explanations, design and software are owned by us and protected by copyright. Quotations from statutes and rules remain public law; our selection, wording and explanations are ours.

7. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to sit for a real estate license exam in your state, to buy a plan. Because of U.S. sanctions rules, we cannot sell to people located in sanctioned countries or regions.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of retaking an exam.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact
