Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. If Real Estate Drill isn’t right for you, you can get your money back as long as you haven’t used most of what you paid for.

When you can get a full refund

We refund the full purchase price if all of the following are true:

• You ask within 7 days of your purchase date.
• You have answered no more than 100 questions in the paid question bank.
• You have not started a full 100-question practice exam.

We check these conditions from your account activity, so you don’t need to send us anything else. The free 50-question test does not count toward the limit.

When we can’t refund

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• You have answered more than 100 questions or started a full practice exam.
• Your result on the state exam. We don’t offer a pass guarantee, and we don’t refund based on exam outcomes.

If something on our side didn’t work — for example, you paid but never got access — we will fix it or refund you regardless of these limits.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@realestatedrill.com from the address you used to buy, with the subject “Refund”. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Access ends when the refund is issued.
